Welcome to the Lucky Communications Inc. Privacy Policy. In the course of operating this website and providing a service to our customers, we collect certain personally identifiable information from our customers. Because the privacy of our users is of utmost importance to us, we have implemented procedures to safeguard the information provided by our customers.
You are not required to provide information on this site unless you wish to use our services. Information Collected by the Lucky Communications Inc. Website
In order to provide prepaid long distance telecommunications services to its customers, Lucky Communications Inc. collects the following personally identifiable information: name, address, telephone number, fax number (optional), e-mail, credit card number, social security numbers (mandatory for users requesting cash commissions). Our site also automatically logs a user's IP address. This information is necessary to set up and maintain individual customer accounts, update users with Lucky Comm service-only related information, bill credit card companies, issue PINs for customer use, track the use of accounts, allow customers to access their individual account, prevent unauthorized access to individual accounts, ensure security, prepare reports to tax authorities, etc.
Although we collect IP addresses for the purpose of referencing transactions and their origins, we do not tie this information in toward any individual's personal information except in cases where any type of fraudulent activity has occurred directly relating to that IP address' transaction.
The customer information is collected solely for internal purposes. The customer information is not released to third parties, except strictly as needed to complete a transaction on behalf of the customer, such as a credit card company. Lucky Communications Inc. has been assured that any personally identifiable information released in the course of completing transactions will not be retained, shared, stored or used for secondary purposes.
Lucky Communications Inc. does not supplement the information received from our customers with information received from third party sources.

As an optional service for our customers, we provide access to the free e-mail service of EVERYONE.NET. EVERYONE.NET requires its customers to provide the following information: occupation, gender, age, education and income range. Lucky Communications Inc. has no control over how EVERYONE.NET uses the information it collects from its customers. Lucky Communications Inc. does not share the information it collects with EVERYONE.NET.

Security
We have instituted stringent procedures to ensure utmost privacy and confidentiality to the customer data collected by us both on-line and off-line. The building itself is protected by 24-hour security service. Access by Lucky Communications Inc. staff to confidential customer data is permitted only in the presence of a supervisor. Referral Program
The Click4prepaid.com website offers a bonus referral program available only to registered Click4prepaid.com account members. This referral program is strictly voluntary and the agent or member referring new Click4prepaid.com users must release their username which serves as a referral ID to identify successful referrals.
Privacy Issues relating to Referral Agents
Referrals have no other information other than the referral ID. There are two methods for referrals to identify they were referred by the agent.
Referrals must:
1. Manually submit the referral agent's referral ID (username) when signing for an account.
2. Click on a referral link which includes the referral agent's ID.
Privacy Issues relating to Referrals
Third party email addresses submitted through the Click4prepaid.com website in result of any current Click4prepaid.com member's participation in the referral program will not be used for any purpose other than to serve delivery of pre-scripted emails. We do not store any email information submitted to Click4prepaid.com by referral agents
attempting to recruit new referrals. Our terms of service policy strictly prohibits the use of the referral program for spamming purposes. Referral email messages sent through the Click4prepaid.com website are sent only one time.
In our goal to protect all personal information on the Click4prepaid.com website, we do not release any personally identifiable information about referrals to referral agents. Referral agents have no access to individual information of their referrals, and referral agents are only given access to their number of successful referrals, with the total
amount of purchases made by their complete group of registered referrals.
Applicable Laws
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. You agree that any legal action that arises out of or relates to this Policy will be filed only in courts located in the state of California.
If any provision of this Policy should be found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.
