Is their any expiration to my account?
Cards over 3 months old with call credit under 25ยข will be cancelled. Cards that have unused credit will be canceled 1 year after date of purchase. Each time you purchase a new card, this one-year expiration is reset. All we ask is to abide to our terms of service agreement, and your account will be maintained accordingly. How is usage calculated?
Usage is calculated in 60 second or 1-minute increments. Partial minutes are rounded to the next full minute. Your account balance is recorded in US currency and usage charges are based upon the proper per minute rate to the destination country.

How will I know if my credit has expired?
Our system will notify you when you have 1 minute left on your account. The call will be disconnected after your last minute and you will have the option to recharge your account within 3 months.

How soon can I use the Click4Prepaid service?
As soon as your account is created and your first purchase of our prepaid virtual phone card is established. No need to wait for any representative or account approval, the service is fully automated just fill out the form receive your pin # and you're good to go.

Can I use this service from other countries?
Yes you surely can. Although Click4prepaid only offers phone card service from the 50 United States, i
f you live outside of the United States and have an Internet connection or a cell phone with SMS-Text to email,
you can access our service using our callback feature. With this unique feature, the system can call you in your
home country and provide you with access to our service as though you were calling from within the United States.

Troubleshooting Hints
What do I do if the system says I have an invalid pin number?
Rotary phone perhaps? Or pulse mode on your phone. Make sure you are using a touch-tone telephone. Try testing your phone by pressing the 7 key. You should hear a single beep instead of small clicking sounds. If you do not hear a steady beep sound make the proper adjustments to your phone to get tone sounds or try using another phone.
Misdialed Pin number - Try entering the pin again slowly and carefully.
You are already connected to our system with your pin number - our system does not allow simultaneous use of accounts. Perhaps you or someone else used the phone card and it is still connected to our system. Hang up the phone, wait at least 30 seconds to let the system reset your account.
What if I am missing minutes?
Sometimes foreign carriers make it difficult to get proper call answer detection. A call is sometimes reported to our system as answered even though it went incomplete. Contact customer service immediately, your account will be analyzed and credited if there was a system malfunction.
My Call will not complete, I keep getting busy signals or just "dead air"?
In order to provide you the lowest long distance rates our system automatically searches for a LCR (Least Cost Route) to complete your call. There are times heavy call volume can tie up these high traffic lines. Continue to reattempt your call and if the trouble persists for more than a 30 minute timeframe, contact our customer service and we will try our best to reroute your call through one of our other reliable call routes.
